rev question

do n/a supras have a rev limiteror a fuel cut?if so at what rpm?

same as turbo's I believe. should be 6750 pre 89 and some 89s, 6500 bastard 89 and 6250 post 89.

my 90 jdm is 6200rpm.In dyno's my peak power is at 5500rpm,the it topples back down.(stock cams)

Miggles is right power falls like a rock after 5500 rpm's even with improved intake and exhaust. 7M's just aren't high revers. The good news is they develop their hp steadily throughout low to medium high revs making them a very tractible street motor. If you want revs you need a 1jz.

i think what you MEANT to say is 7ms dont like to rev with stock flowing parts and stock turbos...

upgraded stuff LOVES revs... ported heads and better exhaust and intake manifolds and bigger turbos... rev it up to 8k and see power to redline all day long....
