Odd Turbo Timer Idle Problem (please look)

This is a very odd problem that I'm having -- didn't experience before the rebuild and hadn't touched any of the actual turbo timer wiring. For reference purposes, this is a Blitz FATT DCIII with built in boost gauge (hooked up). Here's the thing -- it works great when I turn the car off and go only to the ACC position with the key... The moment I turn the key all the way off to the LOCK position, the car starts idling at 100-200 rpm and eventually dies within a few seconds. Anyone ever experience this? I haven't had the time to actually rewire the timer as per the original installation instructions but perhaps its simpler than that. Thanks in advance!

id say its gotta be a wireing problem, either that or a vacuum leak that you are misdiagnosing.

try just letting the car idle for a while, does the idle drop?

if not id say its gotta be a wiring problem.

Harness and the idle is fine when the car is running, its only once the key is turned past ACC and into LOCK that it just completely screws up.
