I nned some advise.
I have a beer miester and I always buy a full keg,, well I guess its really a half. its the bigger one that holds like 7 or 7.5 cases. my Co2 tank is just a little 15 psi tank. theres not alot of tubing from the Co2 tank to the keg, to the tap.
I have been told to set the pressure at about 2 to 4 psi . then some women told me at the bar she worked at the Co2 tank is set at 40.
I thought 40 ! but then i thought it has to push about 5 different kegs and alot of tubing , prolly the kegs are in the basement and the tap is upstares in the bar.
this last keg I tapped, whether I set it at 8 or 3, I am getting a ton of head... if I keep this up,, I am going to waste alot of beer..
any suggestions on what to st and keep it at ? and If I need to do anything else ??
