Is there any way to get better low end speed outta an 86.NA? I'm puttin a Turbo on it, but I'm pretty sure that'll give me better high end speed. Any suggestions for better off the line speed?
To change your acceleration and gearing properties you can change your rear differential. Do a search either here or on supraforums about swapping differentials.
You can see what each differential does to both your accelleration and your cruising RPM. There are a few that I can think of. 86.5+ NA, 87-88 Turbo, 89+ Turbo, and NA sport package to name a few.

Not to say you aren't a good driver, but learning how to drive is the most important factor. Pratice makes perfect
