I am about to seal up my oil pan and I was looking in the toyota factory manual. There are these diagrams with A, B And C with pictures that I cannot figure out what they are hinting at. Does anyone know the meaning of these diagrams? Also, How thick of a bead did you run of FIPG on your oil pan.

1/8" should be plenty.... remember, however much splooges on the outside is splooging INSIDE too 
A) FIPG installed in center channel
B) FIPG installed in channel where channel is close to inside of pan
C) FIPG installed, not in channel, but on inside-pan side of bolt hole
i've never paid attention to those guidelines... 1/8" bead, stay inside bolt holes, you should be fine.
Be sure to use real FIPG
