Rust

I was wondering how you guys can get rid of minor rust? There is a turbo supra for a pretty price but it has minor rust spots here and there and a dent or two. Just wondering what you guys would do?

Also ive seen people just repaint the whole car to cover the rust, is this recommended?

hell no
dont ever repaint a car with even minor rust spots, or u will get huge bubbles then more rust.
to get rid of them sand them down with some fine sand paper, then paint but never cover over rust without removing it first.
as for the dents how big are they?
if they are quarter size, it wouldnt be worth the effort to get to them unless they are in an easily accessable place.
