86.5 na/t 3"dp back, 6psi (engine was auto) w58 with replaced oem clutch. stoplight for underpass crossing a highway. RX8 pulls up next to me with the gayest techno blaring. we've got to take a left in about a hundred feet so it's not a very friendly track. I even held rpms about 3 as soon as I saw the other lane's light start to turn red. we both took off hard and I had him and the inside turn but broke free so I got nervous and downshifted. he pulled up next to me as my clutch gave up. then I missed the next shift. ricer excuses I know..... but he was on race gas I swear. clutch is on it's way in.... no more excuses. also I don't normaly drive like an idiot, but I have had so little time to drive this car I have to enjoy her for the brief time we get together.

those rx-8s are pieces of crap and they look like angry lobsters. a saturn ion can take one. very doubtful he was running race gas.
