altenator upgrade

anybody got a part# on the mr2 altrnator upgrade?
is this thing bolt on or what?
if not what kind of modification do i have to do to install it

Honestly, I'd just visit a local specialty shop for alternators and starters, and get them to wind one to a higher capacity. They are very good at this, I've gotten them to custom wind me one that is 100% over stock several times, and they build much better product than you can buy from Toyota.
