Just replaces your cat and makes it a straight through exhaust to reduce backpressure. Since your N/A, you want backpressure, if anything, replace your cat with a bigger high flow unit and get a quality cat-back. Backpressure = torque, that is your friend, you'd be wasting your money going straight through. Unless loud sound is what your after.
