vpc and gcc trouble

hey guys i just installed my vpc and gcc and it idles fine but when i try to rev it alittle it will rev up to about 2000-2500 and then skipp aronud like it will hit 2000-2500 then just cut out then just idle again. i dont know whats going on, i checked everything and it is all connected, so i checked to see if i was right so i just put my afm back on and then tried to rev it and it ran fine and reved fine so i am really confused about this, well thanks guys for the help.

Check if there are any trouble codes with the VPC/GCC installed. If not, you just need some tuning. Try playing with the knobs and see if you can get it to run decent then drive it (carefully) to the dyno or, buy a datalogging wideband for yourself.

If there are trouble codes, they will need to be diagnosed before proceeding.

Where is your temp sensor and MAP sensor tapped? Did you relocate the ISC? Did you remove the stock AFM and put a pipe in its place? Did you use the HKS harness or hardwire it yourself? Just trying to get a general idea of how your instal went.
