Anyone had shiftfork problems...

this is the second shift fork I've broke in less than 4000 miles... I was wondering if the sogi short shift mod would affect that in any way...

It'll give you less leverage so it's not as easy to break it. I've broken one and my friend has broken two. The problem, at least on my car, was that the syncros are worn and when you try to shift fast, it don't want to go and you push anyhow, that fork breaks.

thats what I figured that it would give me less leverage... so you say it could be my syncros... c\ I have the tranny completely apart... how easy and how much $$$ is it to fix those problems...
