Mmm a way to feel less guilty about the black carbon shit they spew from their unneccessary suburban assault vehicles that will never have one wheel off the pavement and have more 'luxury' than 'utility.

If you can tune a car to burn 95%+ of everything that goes into it...you will pass, at least in TN. Thats why we have Cats....becuase the factory is limited to the amount of tuning they can do for mass produced cars...it wouldnt be cost effective...plus the way people treat their cars...one running on a perfect tune ( a very difinitive fine line of running perfect or blowing up) half would be blown up in a year.!
My buddy passed his 600hpGN with no cats...its just tuned to perfection.
You can pass an tuned car no problem, just an OBDII or visual check for the Cats would fail you.
