T70 to much?

Is a T70 turbo to big for wanting to make 500-550hp. It was cheap but is it overkill. Would this be easier on a smaller turbo and give me better spool up time. Any input is great and if you run a T70 put in some advise please along with what you run to support it. Thanks

if you are talking about the t70 off of ebay dont even use it...its junk and will break...
