which is the best engine management system for the mk3?
would a piggyback like an afc do or should i go full standalone like aem?
i have a built 7m block ported head with oversize valves 55occ injectors lexus afm ss megamouth downpipe hks super dragger exhaust testpipe spec stage 3 clutch on the stock ct 26and planning to upgrade the turbo i also have a spearco itercooler with defcon hard pipes a greedy profec s boost controller. need some advice before i blow 2 grand on the aem or just three hundred on an afc

The simpler and much cheaper way to go I think is a piggyback; unless you want to go all out with a full standalone system. I believe from word of mouth here that the GReddy E-Manage is probably the most versatile piggyback out there right now. I would reccomend just sticking with the piggyback myself.

I come from a land down under
I went standalone as I think it's easier in the long run to get a consistant result. (seems to be a dark art getting a piggy back to work)

Guess it depends on your budget.
