tulsa, ok
i just got some mkiv tt wheels, the fronts are on fine w/ tires, but the rears came with no tires so i bought 275/40/17 tires for them. before mounting the tires i checked the fitment of the bare wheel and it seems as if there is not enough clearance between the the shock and also the trailing arm.
so do those of you running mkiv wheels use spacers of some sort to combat this?

thanks, brad

they fit fine as long as your car is not lowered.

if you wanted to, you could fit 315 nitto drag radials on them fine. as far as i know, this is the only dr that will fit in this size.

edit: i take that back. they fit fine lowered or not. i think i ate to many poppy seed breads today.

Shouldn't be any rubbing unless your car really bottoms out. The TT wheels with 275z clear the fenders without any problems.
