Yeah, key point is if the adjusting cams are not rusted to the inner bushing sleeves... Ugh, seems to happen all the time. I would recommend going to an alignment shop with an alignment rack to get it done right rather then using whatever method the TSRM says. Not to say you can't do it right that way, just an alignment rack makes it easier to do it right.
