That is a rather big question, and I am sure many people will tell you different things. I'd say go with one of the smaller Sound Performance turbos, but that's me.

you can drive any turbo to school and work.... question is, how much power/spool are you looking for?

60-1 is the usual upgrade (this is a simple boring out and slapping a bigger wheel on, more to it than that but thats the jist) cost around 450 or so. next step up is an SP61GT this one is about 1000-1200 ish but better for longevity and higher hp goals. after that you are going to need to replace the exaust manifold and get an external wastegate as thats bout it for your bolt on options. after that the sky is the limit.
who makes the sp61gt? whats the trim? where could ifing a compressor map of it? i've been wondering for a while.
