Power Window switch and alarm system

I cant get the power windows too work in an 89 supra and can some one explain too me how the stock alarm system works?

Try taking your window switchs apart and cleaning the contacts inside, that is usually the problem.

Stock alarm is activated when you hit the door lock switch or lock the doors with the key. Unless you've got the enhanced factory alarm, the alarm can only be set off by opening a door, hatch or hood without using the key. After the alarm is set off it disables the starter.

thanks for the alarm tip but about how many connecter are in the window switch and what would i clean them with?

You have to actually take the switch apart using some small flathead screwdrivers. Inside there are a couple copper contacts that will fall out if you turn the switch upside down. Clean those with a rag and juggle them back into place.

Well it turns out that the switch was getting no power. from the battery

Does any one know where the Relay is for the power windows? its burned out
