I just had my motor rebuilt and got my car back...I had only drove the car a few times before this, I just want to know how high your oil pressure gauges normaly read?
You can't put too much faith in the stock gauge as it is horribly inaccurate. However the typical reading at idle is 5-40psi and engine warm ~3k rpm should be around 35-60psi.
