What do i need to get to check ecu codes....Also, is there an easy way to check for leaks in the intercooler? My car seems like it doesn't have much n the top end, it seems like 3-4 is generates the most power then kind of slugs off to redline. running about 10lbs. Also, i am running with just an intake and stock exhaust.

leaky IC? well you could pull it out and have it tested some place.

but if your car feels low on power, a compression test is the first place to start.

Bend a paperclip up so one end goes into the TE1 port, and the other in the E1 port, in the diagnostic box under the hood. Leave it, put they key in the ignition and turn to the ON position, and watch the CEL blink, and it will tell you your codes. For example, blink blink blink blink blink, pause, blink blink, will give you a code 52. Good luck.
