So, I built some hardpipes....and ported an elbow...

I love how they turned out. The piping is 2.5" and all mandrel bends. I may even contemplate making cheaper intercooler piping kits to sell if the demand is there. Anyway, here are the pics...



After I grinded the welds down and painted them....

This was while I was fitting it all together under the car.

Here's the top view of the intercooler as I was fitting them.

And....here's a random elbow I ported and welded the sides up on and stuck it on a 3" downpipe I made. Can't beat the price I paid....which is nothing...

Hehe....I used an oxygen-acetylene torch.
