Just want to know what wires are needed to just get her started. I have a 91 supra turbo with a soarer 1jz in it. I'll worry about the rest of the wires after she is purring. Thanks

you can hook up the big square grey plug(b1) under the dash.it should plug into your stock harness.i think the only wire's that need to be removed from the 1j plug side of this plug is for pps on your year.this plug goes to the ignition switch, fuel pump control and starter.you will also need to hook up the efi and alternator wire's to the main fuse box under the hood

Thanks for the reply. I should hopefully have it started today then. Also, is there anything else I need to do because the engine that I bought was an auto and it's now a 5 speed and going into a car that's setup for a 5 speed. Thanks.

if you have the auto ecu and harness, you'll have to jump the safety switch.just make sure it's in neutral,so you don't have to paint your bumper:)

Where is the safety switch, and how many wires is it for the EFI?

the plug that come's off the 1jz harness and plug's into the main fuse box(under hood)is called the ea2.you will need to wire pin1 black/yellow,pin2 black/orange,pin5 black/red to the c1 plug(gray 6 pin) that come's off your fuse box.the c1 plug has the same color wire's,just match them up.
now the ea2 plug also carries the alternator wire's(3 of them) which will have to go to the fuse box also(pin10 yellow/green,pin11 white,pin12black/yellow).if you purchased a clip you should have the other side of the ea2 plug that goes into the jza70 fuse box.you could graft this plug into the fuse box connecting the efi wire's and the alternator wire's into it.you can also just splice the wire's in
c1 plug pin1 black/yellow,pin2 black orange,pin4 black/red
the neutral safety switch wire is on a 3 wire round plug that plug's into the auto tran's.i think you just need to twist the two black/white wire's together.i'm still auto,so i can't confirm this.

I forgot to say that I have the soarer 1JZ. So, I only pray to have as much luck as you. I will check out the colors of the wires to see if they are close or even the same. I've been looking at a lot of wiring diagrams and my brain is fried.
