harness question

So i was trying to take out this hoodlock that was on my car when i bought it, turns out its wired to the harness. Theres a wire running to the battery(red), two wires(brown and yellow) that were never connected, and two(black/red)wires that connected to the harness.

I went through the harness and the two black/red wires connect to two black/blue wires.

(Sorry for crappy pictures)

One ran to this connector for the ecu, and the other ran the opposite way in the harness. I was thinking maybe something for alarm? but i could be way off.
Does anyone know what the wires are for?

Hoodlock? I do know the factory hood latch is wired into the alarm...

its an aftermarket hoodlock

and it also has an aftermarket alarm, at least i think its aftermarket

and a cutoff switch i was told

Then again, you are in New York...

You'd have to comb through the wiring diagrams and go through the car to find out exactly WTF was done and how to get rid of the old out-dated alarm...

what are you trying to say here? lol and if i knew what the wiring diagrams were i wouldnt be asking this question.

hacking harness to install alarm. I swear everyone that does electrical should be made to do 2 years of electronic wiring on airplanes. Prevent this type of shit from ever taking place.
