clarify "locking"

There are some neat ones that have caps that go over them that use a key to unlock, and there are the ones that use a special socket...

Bunch of different styles...

Before I even read your pathetic commentary, my first thought was "what are you talking about". Then I thought, if you bought rims that every ghetto thug wants to steal, well, that is on you.

All locking lugs can be removed with the right tool and technique.

i keep the "bling" factor low.
the ones that discount tire sells can have a socket hammered on to them and taken off.

i have these on my truck. No bodies tried to steal them so i cant tell you if they can be bypassed, although a good star tipped socket end looks like it "could" remove them if forced in place of the key. Honestly, if they want your rims bad enough you might just loose the car too ;)

Use a welder and weld the nuts to the lugs. Seriously though, every nut can be removed. All a locking lugnut does is slow the thief down. If the thief has all the time in the world, he will get them off eventually.

What you're looking for essentially doesn't exist. There are a bunch of different types that are good, but any of them can be defeated rather easily and quickly by a professional with the right tool.
