has anyone had this problem before ? Just installed a 7MGTE in car, and where the small coolant line goes from the throttle body to lower intake just above front knock sensor, is a steady drip, right down onto knock sensor :( solutions?

Replace those coolant hoses, or when the engine is cool take them off and inspect for cracks. Hoses do get brittle and crack over time. Also check to make sure the clamps are tight as well.

There are two.. hoses that run up through the head under the the lower intake manifold and the other that wraps around the block that goes up. The one in the front is your problem good luck taking it off with out taking off the intake manifold.

I took my friends intake manifold off today. It's not hard once you know how to and what tools to sue to get the EGR off.

Yes, I used needle nose vise grips to get the clamp off. Then replaced the
hose. The hose goes to the ICS (idle speed control). You have to work blind and it helps to have small ninja like hands to reach under the intake mani. The factory clamp is the spring type you squeez and pull back - I replaced that with a spiral type that can be tightened with a screwdriver.

Was the lower intake manifold removed from the head? The gasket between the lower intake manifold to head seals this area for the ISC coolant line.
I just removed my lower intake manifold and the gasket was wet with corrosion on the head surface. If the fittings and hoses are good, you might have to remove the intake track and replace the gasket.
